If your business isn't selected, we'll let you know as well, and no payment will be due. Because Find Holistic Care is carefully curated, not every business will be the right fit for the directory at this time — but we truly appreciate the opportunity to learn about you and your work.

What does “personally vetted” mean?
Find Holistic Care is a curated directory, not a pay-to-be-listed website. My team and I review each application, and I personally review every business before it is added. We look at experience, professionalism, reputation, online presence, client experience, and overall alignment with the values of Find Holistic Care.
Do I pay when I apply?
No. Applying is free. If your business is approved, we'll send you an invoice for the listing you selected. Once payment is received, we'll begin preparing your listing.
How long does the review process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. We take the time to look at each business individually, and you'll hear from us whether your application is approved or not.
How long does my listing run?
Your listing is active for one full year from the date it goes live. Before it expires, we'll reach out so you can review your information and decide whether you'd like to renew.
Can I upgrade my listing later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from a Harmony Listing to an Elevated Harmony Listing at any time. We'll apply the appropriate portion of your current listing payment toward the upgrade.
What if my business isn't selected?
We'll let you know. Because there is no charge to apply, there is nothing to refund. Find Holistic Care is intentionally curated, and not every business that applies will be listed. This helps us maintain the trust and quality of the directory.
What types of businesses can be listed?
We feature businesses that support healthier, happier, more harmonious living. This may include holistic and wellness practitioners, natural products, healthy food and beverage businesses, wellness services, and intentional-living brands.

What's the difference between the Harmony and Elevated Harmony Listings?
The Harmony Listing — $111/year gives your business a professional presence in the directory and helps people discover and connect with you.
The Elevated Harmony Listing — $222/year includes additional visibility, enhanced listing features, more ways for visitors to connect with your business, and added promotional opportunities.
Can I update my listing after it goes live?
Yes. Your listing includes one routine update per quarter. This may include changes to your website, services, photos, contact information, store hours, social link, or other business details.
If we need to correct an error on your listing, that does not count as your quarterly update.
